Gary M. Pusateri, M.D.
Chief Executive Officer, Medical Director, and Founder
A physician and medical director at Lac Vieux Desert Tribal Clinic, Dr. Pusateri has 25 years experience in emergency medicine and family practice. He was previously regional medical director for Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services. For Paradise Genomics, he investigates and determines the clinical disease markets and interacts with clinical centers and individual physicians to assure high-quality sample acquisition and associated clinical data.
Scott R. Magnuson, Ph.D.
President, Chief Scientific Officer, and Founder
Prior to Paradise Genomics, Dr. Magnuson co-founded GenUs BioSystems, a company to provide genomic services to the research community utilizing the CodeLink™ microarray platform he co-designed at Motorola Life Sciences. At Motorola, Dr. Magnuson was instrumental in the development of the CodeLink™ microarray products where he was Head of Gene Expression, Genomics, and Bioinformatics. He was formerly a senior scientist at Abbott Laboratories, where he spent 10 years investigating cancer, cardiovascular disease and genomics for drug discovery.
Michael T. Falduto, Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer, and Founder
Prior to Paradise Genomics, Dr. Falduto co-founded GenUs BioSystems and has been responsible for microarray quality control and data analysis. Dr. Falduto has also maintained laboratory operations and monitored new genomic technologies to expand production capabilities for the genomic services facility. He was formerly a senior scientist at Abbott Laboratories, where he spent 9 years with their Diagnostics Division and Pharmaceutical Drug Discovery Division.
